Youth Development Instructor

Kendal College is seeking an exceptional Youth Development Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging programs that inspire and motivate young people to reach their full potential.

Requirements
- A recognized teaching qualification or willingness to obtain within 2 years
- A degree or equivalent qualification in the relevant discipline
- First aid certification and a sports/fitness-based NGB qualification
- English and Maths at level 2 (GCSE A* to C or equivalent)
Desirable Qualifications
- Recent experience of teaching in an educational environment
- Experience of teaching BTEC or other AO uniformed public/protective services
- Employment or volunteering within a protective service/sport or outdoor environment
