We are seeking a Childcare Support Professional to join our dedicated Care Team. In this role, you will provide day-to-day care and support to our children, helping them build life-changing attachments.

Competitive Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of £23,500-£27,803 per year, with a sleep-in payment of £65/night for one weekly shift, adding up to £3,120/year. This is in addition to fully funded training, including NVQ3, mandatory courses, and a £500 bonus on completion of our Internal Diploma.

About the Role

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, patience, and resilience. A relevant Level 3 qualification or willingness to achieve one is required. Additionally, a passion for working with children (experience preferred) and a full UK driving licence are essential.
