Childcare Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled Childcare Support Professional to join our dedicated care team. In this role, you will provide day-to-day support and care to our children, helping them build strong relationships.
About the Role
- This is a competitive salary position: £25,000 + sleep-in payment of £65/night (adding up to £3,120/year for one weekly shift).
- Fully funded training opportunities, including NVQ3 and a bonus on completion of our Internal Diploma.

What We Are Looking For
- Strong communication skills, patience, and resilience.
