Senior Sales Negotiator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our client's busy Sales Team based in Borough Green. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for registering new applicants, arranging and accompanying viewings, and negotiating sales to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Register new applicants and manage their expectations
  • Arrange and accompany viewings to showcase properties
  • Negotiate sales to achieve the best possible outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales negotiation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good IT skills and proficiency in CRM systems
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel
  • Live within a commutable distance of Borough Green

Package:

  • Basic Salary £28,000
  • Commission structure
  • Potential EOT scheme
  • Referral bonuses
  • 45p mileage allowance
  • 25 days annual leave

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday 9am-6pm
  • Every other Saturday 9am-5pm
