Key Responsibilities:
- Register new applicants and manage their expectations
- Arrange and accompany viewings to showcase properties
- Obtain viewing feedback and negotiate sales to achieve the best possible outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers to ensure a seamless sales process
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication to exceed client expectations
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to remain competitive
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales negotiation and property sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good IT skills and proficiency in property software
- Full UK driving license and ability to travel
- Live within a commutable distance of Borough Green
Package:
- Basic Salary £28,000
- Commission structure
- Potential EOT scheme - percentage of company profit
- Referral bonuses
- 45p mileage allowance
- 25 days annual leave
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday 9am-6pm
- Every other Saturday (day off in the week) 9am-5pm
