We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Negotiator to join our busy team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for registering new applicants, arranging and accompanying viewings, and negotiating sales to achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities
---------------

* Register new applicants and manage their expectations
* Arrange and accompany viewings to showcase properties in the best possible light
* Obtain viewing feedback and negotiate sales to meet client needs
* Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and buyers
* Provide exceptional customer service and communication
* Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity

Requirements
------------

* 3+ years of experience in sales negotiation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in IT systems and software
* Full UK driving license and ability to travel

What We Offer
------------

* Competitive basic salary of \u00a328,000
* Commission on sales performance
* Potential EOT scheme - percentage of company profit

* 45p mileage allowance
* 25 days annual leave

Working Hours
------------

* Monday - Friday 9am-6pm
* Every other Saturday 9am-5pm
