Job Title: Motor Engineering Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motor Engineering Manager to join our team at Employment Specialists Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a team of multi-skilled Motor Engineers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality engineering services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of Motor Engineers to achieve business objectives
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team
  • Recruit and train new employees to meet business needs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and counseling to employees
  • Communicate progress and updates to senior management
  • Problem-solve and deal with customer complaints
  • Complete engineering jobs and estimate damaged vehicles

Requirements:

  • Experience in Motor Engineering team management
  • Motor Industry knowledge and experience in Engineering
  • IAEA Membership (preferred)
  • ATA VDA and AQP accredited
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Complaint handling and customer service skills
