Reward Strategist

The Oakleaf Partnership is currently looking for a highly skilled Reward Strategist to join their Human Resources team in London. This full-time position comes with a competitive salary up to £50,000 per annum based on experience and offers a hybrid working model.
About the Role:
This permanent role involves managing salary survey data, conducting analysis and benchmarking, and playing a key role in the annual salary review. Additionally, the Reward Strategist will oversee diversity pay gap and regulatory reporting.
As a subject matter expert, you will stay updated on compensation trends in the legal industry and contribute to enhancing reward strategies by collaborating with the Benefits team.
Main Responsibilities:- Salary survey data management and analysis
- Annual salary review participation
- Diversity pay gap and regulatory reporting oversight
- Professional services compensation experience (preferably in law)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and customer service skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
