Reward Strategist Job Description

The Oakleaf Partnership is currently looking for a highly skilled Reward Strategist to join their Human Resources team in London. This full-time position comes with a competitive salary up to £50,000 per annum based on experience and offers a hybrid working model.

About the Role:

This permanent role involves managing salary survey data, conducting analysis and benchmarking, and playing a key role in the annual salary review. Additionally, the Reward Strategist will oversee diversity pay gap and regulatory reporting.

As a subject matter expert, you will stay updated on compensation trends in the legal industry and contribute to enhancing reward strategies by collaborating with the Benefits team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Salary survey data management and analysis
  • Annual salary review participation
  • Diversity pay gap and regulatory reporting oversight
Key Requirements:
  • Professional services compensation experience (preferably in law)
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
Desirable Traits:

The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, confidentiality, and customer service skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
