Customer Team Member/Food-To-Go Bakery Assistant (SPAR 18+), Holdingham
15 Hours P/W - possibly more hours when the store needs.

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Team Member to join our Food-To-Go Department at SPAR. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and providing a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Prepare all sandwich ingredients, including cooking breakfast and lunch items, baking of cookies/bread, and washing, cutting, slicing, chopping, and grating of ingredients, in accordance with established guidelines.
- Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, answer customer inquiries about products and services, and assist customers in finding the items they need.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, check deliveries, stock shelves, and complete additional assigned tasks as required.
Key Skills/Knowledge:
- Previous experience in a similar role and/or industry is preferred.
- Reliably follows instructions and procedures with excellent attention to detail.
- Some understanding of legislative responsibilities of a retail environment and the skills to assist with adherence.
- Ability to contribute ideas for delivering exceptional customer service and driving the business forward.
