Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present high-quality food and beverages to our customers, adhering to strict food safety and handling guidelines.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Upsell and promote our products to customers, highlighting our unique selling points and driving sales growth.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role and/or industry is preferred.

  • Knowledge of legislative responsibilities in a retail environment and the skills to assist with adherence.
