Job Title: Food-To-Go Bakery Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Food-To-Go Bakery Assistant at our SPAR store in Holdingham. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and present high-quality food products, including sandwiches, baked goods, and other food items, in accordance with established guidelines and standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a positive and friendly service.
  • Upsell and promote products to customers, highlighting multi-buy offers and other sales opportunities.
  • Adhere to all food handling, safety, and sanitation standards when storing, preparing, and serving food, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role and/or industry is preferred.
  • Reliable and punctual, with excellent attendance and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the success of the store.
  • Previous cash handling experience is preferred but not essential.
