Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Team Member/Food-To-Go Bakery Assistant. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our Food-To-Go department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present food and beverages to the highest standards, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service targets, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, maintaining a positive and friendly service.
  • Upsell and promote products to customers, highlighting multi-buy offers and ensuring maximum sales.
  • Adhere to all food handling, safety, and sanitation standards when storing, preparing, and serving food and cleaning the department.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role and/or industry is preferred.
  • Reliable and punctual, with excellent attendance and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Previous cash handling experience is preferred but not essential.
