At Skai, we're on a mission to revolutionize the advertising industry with our cutting-edge digital marketing software. As a Client Success Manager, you'll play a crucial role in helping our clients achieve their online marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Client Success Directors to drive client satisfaction and retention
  • Provide expert training and support to clients on the Skai Omnichannel platform
  • Assist clients in implementing and leveraging Skai products to drive ROI
  • Offer technical support and digital marketing best practices to clients
  • Regularly communicate with clients to evaluate satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with Skai teams to develop solutions that meet client needs
  • Energize clients by solving problems and finding opportunities to drive success
  • Ensure client expectations are consistently exceeded
Requirements:
  • Advanced understanding of marketing analytics and data-driven decision making
  • Ability to perform detailed client audits to identify needs and workflow gaps
  • 2+ years of experience in client services, technical project management, or digital marketing campaign management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Experience collaborating with teams locally and virtually
  • Organized and methodical with excellent time management skills
  • Skai platform experience preferred but not essential
  • Ability to travel occasionally
  • Microsoft Excel and basic technical skills in JavaScript and HTML a plus
  • Additional languages, preferably German, a significant advantage
