About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our in-house marketing team at The Scotsman Group - Central Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall management of our social media channels, ensuring our content is engaging, informative, and aligned with our brand values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy to grow our followers, increase interactions, and improve pre-booked sales and revenue.
  • Work closely with our Operations team and in-house photographer and videographer to ensure high-quality content that showcases our venues and brand.
  • Develop and implement a social media plan for specific venues, including creating templated artwork and updating content as required.
  • Manage and schedule content across multiple social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to inform future content and strategy decisions.
  • Collaborate with our Head of Digital Marketing to roll out key projects, including influencer marketing and competitions.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of hospitality marketing and the latest trends and tools.
  • Excellent creative and technical skills, with the ability to capture and create high-quality photos and videos.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
