Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our in-house marketing team at The Scotsman Group - Central Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the overall management of our social media channels, ensuring our online presence is engaging, informative, and aligned with our brand values.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a social media strategy to grow our online presence, increase interactions, and drive pre-booked sales and revenue.
- Work closely with our Operations team, in-house photographer, and videographer to create high-quality content that showcases our venues and services.
- Collaborate with our design team to create visually appealing social media posts, including templated artwork and graphics.
- Develop and implement a schedule of photography and videography using our in-house resources, ensuring content is of the highest quality.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, collaborators, and customers through social media outreach and engagement.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of key projects, including influencer marketing and competition strategies.
- A degree in marketing, communication, business, or a related field (HND equivalent considered).
- Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of hospitality marketing trends and tools.
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram and TikTok, including best practices, scheduling tools, and in-app functionality.
- A keen eye for aesthetic and ability to capture high-quality photos and videos.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
