Role Description:

We are seeking a Teacher Aide to join our team on an ASAP start basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality education to our students, promoting their academic progress and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and support primary school classes, providing guidance and support to students as needed.
  2. Deliver pre-set lesson plans and maintain a focused learning environment, promoting student engagement and academic progress.
  3. Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and productive space for all students.

Requirements:

  • A 2:1 or above degree in a core subject from a prestigious university.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Confidence in managing classroom behaviour and fostering student engagement, with a genuine passion for education and helping young people succeed.
  • A commitment to personal and professional growth, with opportunities for training and development to support career progression.

Salary Information:

The salary for this role is £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, offering a competitive package with opportunities for growth and development.
