We're seeking a dedicated Teacher Aide for Absences to work in secondary schools across South West London on a part-time or full-time basis. As a Teacher Aide, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the continuity of education for students when their regular teacher is absent.
About the JobIn this role, you'll be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, setting clear expectations, and providing individualized support to students as needed. Your ability to establish positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents will be essential in creating a productive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality instruction and assessments aligned with curriculum requirements

- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a daily rate of £98 per day, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
