Your responsibilities will include assisting in the implementation of individualized education plans under the guidance of the SENCo. You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement tailored learning plans that cater to each student's unique abilities.

To be successful in this role, you should have relevant experience working with children with special educational needs. A Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent is also essential. In addition, you should possess empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for working with children.

We offer a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications, which is estimated to be around £25,000 - £35,000 per annum.
