Autism Support Teacher's Aide

Key Responsibilities: Your main duties will include supporting the child on a 1:1 basis, ensuring general safety, managing behavior, and assisting the teacher to achieve academic growth. It is essential that you have a good understanding of the nursery/reception curriculum and can communicate effectively with the teacher and other staff members.
Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 3 months SEN/EYFS experience, classroom-based or relevant. Additionally, you should possess a hardworking attitude with the desire and passion to help students achieve greatness. Holding a DBS certification is mandatory, and a degree or equivalent qualification in a child-based subject is desirable but not essential.
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
Benefits: This full-time position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to secure a permanent position within the school from September.
