About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher's Aide to join our team at Teach Now. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with SEN and contributing to their academic and personal development.

In this role, you will work collaboratively with class teachers to develop and implement tailored support plans for pupils with SEN. Your duties will include assisting pupils with their learning, providing emotional support, and helping them to access the curriculum. You will also be required to communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues, and contribute to the overall well-being of the school community.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background, preferably in SEN, and have experience working in a school or educational setting. They will also be able to demonstrate their ability to work independently and as part of a team, and be committed to ongoing professional development.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits. Our school is a vibrant and inclusive community that values diversity and promotes equality. To be successful in this role, you must hold GCSE or equivalent level qualifications, with at least a Grade 4 (C) in English and Maths. First-aid training is also desirable. Experience working in a school or educational setting is essential, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
