About the Role:

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a deep understanding of SEN and SEMH needs, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths, prior experience in a school or educational setting, and certification in de-escalation techniques and Positive Behavioural Support.

A strong ability to collaborate with teachers, students, and parents, combined with organisational skills and attention to detail, are essential for success in this role. We offer a competitive salary of £22,500 - £25,600 per annum, based on a full-time contract with regular school hours.
