Key Responsibilities:

  • To plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to students with SEN in a secondary school setting.
  • To create individual learning plans to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
  • To assess and track student progress, adapting teaching methods as needed.
  • To collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to provide a holistic approach to student development.
  • To participate in Individual Education Plan (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of student support plans.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Specialist training or experience in teaching students with SEN.
