About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced English and Performing Arts teacher to join our team in an SEN Secondary setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching students with autism, emotional behavioural difficulties, ADHD, and associated needs.
The role involves teaching up to 25 lessons per week, with class sizes of between 5-10 students. The successful candidate will work closely with the school's staff to provide a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
The school offers a modern and spacious building, designed to accommodate up to 70 students with autistic spectrum disorders. The classrooms are equipped with specialist subjects, including information technology, art, food technology, science, and music, as well as sensory and therapy rooms.
**Estimated Salary:** £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, based on national averages for similar roles in the UK.
