Job Title: Senior Teacher for SEMH Settings

At Teaching Personnel, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Teacher to join our team as a Senior Teacher in a SEMH school setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and possess the skills to create engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to students with SEN, developing individualized learning plans, and assessing student progress. They will work closely with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to student development. Additionally, they will participate in Individual Education Plan (IEP) meetings and contribute to student support plans.

Requirements:
We are looking for a qualified teacher with a degree in Education or a related field and a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a secondary school environment. A strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies and best practices is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of the UK National Curriculum and SEN Code of Practice.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule, offering opportunities for professional development in a collaborative work environment.
