Job Overview: Teaching Personnel is seeking an experienced School Teacher to fill a Senior Teacher role in a SEMH school setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons to students with SEN, creating individualized learning plans, and tracking student progress.

Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering high-quality education to students with SEN
- Developing and implementing individualized learning plans
- Assessing and tracking student progress
- Collaborating with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to student development
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to student support plans

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a secondary school environment
- Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum and SEN Code of Practice

Estimated Salary: £38,000 per annum, based on national averages.
