About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Quality Administrator to join our team at Scottish Water. As a Scientific Sample Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and high-quality water supply for Scotland's communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register and receive water and wastewater samples from across Scotland, both internally and externally.
  • Investigate and resolve common customer queries to maintain efficient workflow.
  • Schedule and prioritize work within the team, carrying out routine maintenance and calibration of equipment as needed.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated top-notch customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with anyone.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including formatting tables.
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure accurate data entry and laboratory result interpretation.

  • An estimated salary range of £25,980 - £30,000 (part-time pro rata) for a Grade 3 position.
