Key Responsibilities

  • Implement behaviour management strategies and Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs) to support students with SEN.
  • Assist students in developing coping strategies, social skills, and positive behaviours.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of an inclusive, safe, and supportive learning environment.
  • Promote a positive and nurturing atmosphere for all students.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working with children with SEN and behavioural challenges is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
