Position Overview:

We are seeking individuals available for both full-time and part-time roles to provide support in our SEN settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized assistance to students with SEN, focusing on those with behavioural challenges.
  • Implement behaviour management techniques and adhere to Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs).
  • Guide students in developing coping mechanisms, social skills, and constructive behaviours.
  • Contribute to creating and sustaining an inclusive, secure, and supportive educational atmosphere.
  • Encourage a positive and nurturing environment for all learners.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children with SEN and behavioural issues is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Demonstrated patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Capability to collaborate effectively within a team and work independently.
