Teaching Personnel is seeking experienced and dedicated SEN Support Specialists to join our dynamic team and support our schools in Cambridge and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in their academic and personal development.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of lesson plans to ensure students receive the best possible education.
- Offer one-on-one or small group support as needed to help students overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure a comprehensive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Proven background in providing support to individuals with SEN.
- Availability for full-time commitment during regular school hours (Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 3.30pm).
- Enhanced Child Workforce DBS check, or willingness to apply for one.
- Valid Right to Work in the UK.
