Job Summary

We are seeking a Pay and Reward Strategist to join our team at Morgan Law in London. The successful candidate will provide specialist input and advice on pay and reward policies and practices, collaborating with HR colleagues and stakeholders.

This is a hybrid working role, offering flexibility and work-life balance.

Key responsibilities include contributing to the review and development of pay and reward policies, providing specialist advice on grading and job descriptions, and undertaking detailed analysis of pay and workforce data.

About the Role
  • Contribute to the development of new pay and reward initiatives, ensuring proposals are fit for purpose and aligned with legislation, good practice, and the Council's strategic objectives.
  • Monitor and assess the impact of existing and new pay arrangements, including equalities and financial implications.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in pay and reward policy and a strong analytical mindset.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
