Henderson Scott UK is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Performance Manager to join our team in the EWI sector.

The primary objective of this role is to achieve all sales targets and objectives agreed with the National Sales Manager and to ensure the company has an active presence on all large projects within the territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to communicate effectively at all levels and a flexible approach to winning business and achieving sales.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow Sales: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with Principal Contractors and Specialist Applicators.
  • Liaise with Specifiers and Distributors: Achieve Budgets and Targets in the assigned geographical area.
  • Target Project Identification: Maximize the potential in each opportunity utilizing the full portfolio of products.
  • Lead Generation: Drive lead and sales enquiry generation through jobsite visits, Contractor engagement, Applicator network, Cold Calls, and specification meetings.
  • Key Account Plan: Develop a Key Account Plan for Major Customers and the assigned territory and meet agreed Targets.
  • CRM Updates: Update the CRM System on a daily basis and maintain all project and customer records accurately.
