Support Worker for Children with Emotional Needs

As a Support Worker for Children with Emotional Needs, you will work closely with teaching staff to develop and implement strategies that promote the social, emotional, and academic well-being of students with SEMH needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting students with complex needs in a classroom setting
- Developing and implementing individualized education plans
- Collaborating with teaching staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working with children with SEMH needs
- Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) Grades C or above (or Grades 4-9)
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards supporting students with diverse needs
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday (8:30am - 3:30pm), term time only. The estimated salary range for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
