Job Title: Team Leader

Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the mental health and wellbeing of people in our community?

We are seeking a Team Leader to join our Bradford Hub, based in the centre of Bradford. As a Team Leader, you will provide line management to a team of Crisis Support Workers, ensuring the effective running and delivery of the Safe Spaces service across the district. You will lead the shift, managing any issues such as safeguarding and serious incidents by following set procedures and providing shift handovers. Additionally, you will support the Service Manager on areas such as serious incidents/safeguarding, recruitment, reporting, feedback procedures, auditing of records and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide line management to a team of Crisis Support Workers
• Lead the shift, managing any issues such as safeguarding and serious incidents
• Support the Service Manager on areas such as serious incidents/safeguarding, recruitment, reporting, feedback procedures, auditing of records and performance management
• Deliver crisis support to clients over the telephone or face to face

Requirements:
• Strong foundation of team management skills
• Experience of directly supporting people who have mental health difficulties within a mental health service / setting
• Ability to inspire hope and belief that recovery is possible in others

Working Hours:
We operate 365 days a year, so shifts are available 7 days a week. We have a number of shifts available, including 11.30- 19.30 and 19.00- 02.30.

Benefits:
• Competitive salary scale: £23,517 - £26,585 per annum FTE
• Annual leave: 25 days pro-rata
• Pension: We operate a contributory pension scheme which you will be auto-enrolled into (subject to the conditions of the scheme)
• Probationary period: 6 months
