Job Title: Community Support Worker - Bradford

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Community Support Worker to join our team in Bradford. As a Community Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals who are experiencing mental health crises.

The Role:

You will work closely with our team to provide one-to-one support to clients, either over the telephone or face-to-face at our Bradford Hub. Your role will involve supporting individuals to regain control over their lives and accessing further sources of support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one support to clients experiencing mental health crises
  • Work closely with the team to develop and implement support plans
  • Support clients to access further sources of support
  • Collaborate with other agencies to ensure seamless support for clients

What We Offer:

As a Community Support Worker with Bradford Council, you will receive a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, with the opportunity to progress to £13.14 per hour after a successful probation period. You will also have access to a contributory pension scheme and a range of other benefits.
