About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious graduate to join our Sales and Management Graduate Scheme. This exciting opportunity will provide you with a comprehensive training program, hands-on experience, and structured career progression.

As a member of our team, you will have the chance to work in various roles, including sales support, customer relations, and key accounts management. Our program is designed to help you develop industry expertise and gain a broad understanding of our customers' needs.

You will spend your first period in either sales support roles, such as indoor sales, customer relations, or key accounts management. You will also have the opportunity to complete our Intro to Sales Development Program. During this time, you will work closely with experienced colleagues and receive regular feedback and coaching.

After completing the initial training phase, you will move on to more senior roles, such as Field Account Manager, Service Team Leader, or Indoor Sales/Customer Relations Team Leader. These roles will give you the opportunity to take on new challenges, develop your leadership skills, and make a significant impact on our business.
