We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Fareham, supporting the growth and evolution of our Telecommunications company.
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for calling O2 customers to upgrade their business phone systems when contracts end. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets
- B2B or B2C sales experience
- Strong phone and electronic communication skills
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Basic salary £23,000 + uncapped commission
- Commission structure in place
- Modern office space with onsite amenities and break-out area
