Behaviour Support Professional

This position offers the opportunity to work closely with primary schools in Kingston-upon-Thames to develop and implement effective support strategies for children with SEMH and EBD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and delivering targeted interventions to address the needs of children with SEMH and EBD.
- Collaborating with teachers, SEN professionals, and other stakeholders to create a comprehensive support plan.
- Maintaining accurate records of progress and outcomes, using this data to inform future support strategies.
