About this Opportunity:

We are working with an SEN school in Kingston who are looking to appoint a Behaviour Specialist to work with their pupils. This is a fantastic chance for a skilled Behaviour Specialist to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with Special Educational Needs.

The successful candidate will have relevant experience working with children with SEN, strong behaviour management, communication and interpersonal skills. They will also possess a compassionate and patient nature, with a genuine passion for working with children. The ability to work effectively as part of a team is essential for this role.

Job Description:

This Behaviour Specialist role is a key member of the school's team, working closely with teachers, support staff and parents to develop and implement behaviour support plans. The successful candidate will provide training and guidance on behaviour management and intervention techniques, support the development of individualised learning plans for pupils with SEN, and work with the school's Senior Leadership Team to ensure the effective delivery of behaviour support services.
