We are seeking a caring and enthusiastic Unqualified SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at an Ofsted Outstanding SEN school in Kingston. Our students thrive in a supportive and play-based learning environment, focusing on sensory and play-based activities that encourage each child to explore, connect, and learn in a way that suits them best.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work with students with Autism, Severe Learning Difficulties, and Profound Multiple Learning Difficulties, helping to create a safe, happy, and engaging space where each child can flourish. You will be part of a small, friendly class of up to 8 students, with 2-4 other Teaching Assistants to support you.

  • Location: Kingston
  • Hours: 8:30 am - 4 pm, Monday to Friday (term time only)
  • Pay: £85 - £100 per day, paid directly PAYE (no umbrella company)

We welcome applicants with experience in SEN, but it is not essential. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, patient, and has a positive attitude and an open mind. You will be comfortable assisting with personal care and joining the children in hydrotherapy (swimming).
