Job Title: Asset Management Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset Management Coordinator to join our Central Services team at Two Saints.

Job Summary:

The Asset Management Coordinator will provide administrative support to our small technical services department, ensuring the efficient running of our asset management software and providing a customer-focused service to our staff, clients, and stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage our asset management software, providing support to service-based staff in logging and managing works orders.
  • Assist in monitoring and reporting landlord health and safety compliance.
  • Liaise with service-based staff and contractors to ensure remedial works are carried out, evidenced, and recorded.
  • Ensure data integrity of our asset management database.
  • Provide a first point of contact for our term contractor to assist with day-to-day management of works orders.
  • Coordinate calendars to ensure post-inspection, landlord health and safety, and operational targets are met.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our technical services department.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar coordinator role.
  • Experience in a customer-focused service.
  • Ability to scrutinize data and have a good eye for detail.
  • Good understanding and use of IT.
  • Ability to work independently and complete tasks to deadlines.
  • High level of communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good numeric and literacy skills.
  • Ability to plan and manage own workload.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Flexible attitude to tasks.
