Job Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and driven Account Manager to develop customers, forge professional relationships and identify revenue growth avenues.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new clients and provide exceptional client reporting
  • Update departments on client activity and developments, including tender processes and KPI data management
  • Cross-sell and negotiate opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Achieve performance targets and ensure client retention and profitability

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, be highly personable and approachable, and have a positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to get stuck in. Essential Microsoft Office experience is also required.


What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent career prospects into team management within this growing business.
