About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Test Centre Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our test centre, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Process candidate sign-in and explain the test process in a clear and concise manner.
  • Administer and invigilate tests, maintaining the highest standards of security and integrity.
  • Ensure all compliance standards are met, including security protocols and test centre operations.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized test centre.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with candidates and colleagues.
  • Experience in using computers, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), is preferred.
  • Flexibility to work different days and times, including weekends.
  • Ability to travel to other test centres to provide support, as required.
