About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Test Centre Administrator. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of exams and assessments at our test centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and other stakeholders
  • Process candidate sign-in and explain the test process
  • Administer and invigilate tests, ensuring compliance with security protocols
  • Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized test centre
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work different days and times, including weekends
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
