We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Test Centre Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing candidate sign-ins, and administering tests in a secure and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to candidates and stakeholders
- Process candidate sign-ins and explain the test process
- Administer and invigilate tests in accordance with Pearson VUE's security protocols
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized test centre
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a friendly and professional team player with excellent timekeeping skills. Experience in using computers, including Microsoft Office, is preferred. You will also need to be flexible and able to work different days and times, as well as travel to other test centres to provide support.
