Job Title: Test Centre Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Test Centre Administrator to join our team in Galashiels. As a Test Centre Administrator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing candidates' sign-in, and administering and invigilating tests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and stakeholders
  • Process candidates' sign-in and explain the test process
  • Administer and invigilate tests in a secure and fair manner
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and protocols
  • Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized test centre

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work different days and times, including weekends
  • Willingness to travel to other test centres to provide support
  • Experience with computers and Microsoft Office preferred
