About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Information Specialist to join our team in London. As a Medical Information Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients with global medical communications services. Your primary responsibilities will include managing inquiries, developing Global Response Documents (GRDs), and conducting literature searches. You will work closely with our Therapy Area Managers and senior members of our MI team to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of therapy areas and products, including SmPCs and clinical data.
  • Manage inquiries from clients, developing GRDs within tight deadlines and adhering to our Style Guide and GRD template.
  • Conduct thorough literature searches using PubMed, EMBASE, and Google Scholar, identifying key references and critically evaluating their relevance to the inquiry.
  • Collaborate with our Therapy Area Managers and senior MI team members to ensure alignment and delivery of high-quality services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements

  • Degree in a life science or pharmacy, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in Medical Information, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality services.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze clinical/scientific data.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
