Medical Information Specialist

ProPharma Group is seeking a highly skilled Medical Information Specialist to join our team. As a Medical Information Specialist, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely medical information to healthcare professionals and patients via phone, email, and other channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to medical information inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on pharmaceutical products, including their indications, contraindications, and side effects.
- Recognize and report adverse events and product complaints in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Translate medical information documents from English to Norwegian and vice versa, as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and consistent medical information is provided to stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure compliance and quality.
- Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field.
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, with a C1 level of proficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
