Medical Information Specialist

ProPharma Group is seeking a highly skilled Medical Information Specialist to join our team. As a Medical Information Specialist, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely medical information to healthcare professionals and patients via phone, email, and other channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to technical questions and requests for information related to designated products
  • Comply with client-specific working practices and SOPs
  • Recognize and report adverse events and defective product reports
  • Translate English documents into target languages and deliver translated responses
  • Use standard responses to prepare medical information correspondence
  • Log all enquiries accurately and comprehensively
  • Manage confidential information in line with data privacy regulations
  • Maintain awareness of legal requirements and professional guidelines associated with medical information provision
Requirements:
  • Completed pharmacy or life science degree
  • Native language or C1 level in target language and fluency in English
  • Strong translation skills
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritize
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work unsupervised
