Medical Information Specialist

ProPharma Group is seeking a highly skilled Medical Information Specialist to join our team. As a Medical Information Specialist, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely medical information to healthcare professionals, patients, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to medical information inquiries via phone, email, and other channels
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of designated products and their indications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and compliant medical information
  • Translate medical information documents into target languages
  • Manage and maintain medical information databases and systems
  • Perform quality checks on medical information responses
Requirements:
  • Completed life science degree
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English (C1 level)
  • Strong translation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
