About the Role
NELFT North East London Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the position of MHST Team Lead - Clinical Operations. This role will provide operational and clinical leadership within the Mental Health Support Teams (MHST) and will support other clinicians within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational and clinical leadership within the MHST, ensuring that the team meets operational and clinical targets.
- Line manage clinical staff within the MHST, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Actively promote the core functions of MHST alongside the IAPT Principles.
- Facilitate the development of a positive and supportive team culture, dealing effectively with potential conflict.
- Participate in the audit process, linking in with the clinical governance agenda.
- Advise, encourage, and share knowledge utilizing the latest research and practice development, through literature and peer reviews.
- Ensure that a high-quality, timely, accessible, and evidence-based service is available to all service users who need it and who use the MHST.
